Service Agreement

At Pmw.Photography, our priority is to provide the highest quality service, going above and beyond to meet our clients' expectations. Achieving complete customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we demonstrate this through our commitment to every aspect of the experience, from the shoot to the final edits.

These policies are in place not only to comply with legal requirements but also to ensure a safe and positive experience for our team members and clients. Please review the terms below before booking your appointment.

Payment and Fees

  • A deposit of $50 is required to secure your photoshoot slot. Clients also have the option to pay in full. If they choose not to, the remaining balance is due immediately after the session. Prices may change based on the service agreement and any additional services provided on-site.
  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

General Information

  • All shoots should be scheduled as early as possible to allow enough time for final edits to be completed. However, edits can be expedited for an additional cost. Deposits are non-refundable, but shoots can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • We require clients to come prepared with saved or created ideas, including outfit choices, poses, and any concept-related details. Makeup and hair should either be done by professionals or meet the client's preferred standards. Outfits should be tried on before the shoot to ensure a proper fit. Poses should be saved and practiced in advance. While we are available to assist with any needs, the client will be responsible for their own preparation. Clients who are unsure about the concept or other details can reach out via Instagram, email, or phone for a consultation prior to the shoot.
  • Clients must download the delivered unedited images (proofs) and final images as soon as they receive them, as the link will expire after 7 days and cannot be re-uploaded.
  • Clients are allowed a maximum of two guests on set.
  • Professional staff, including makeup artists, stylists, and hair stylists, are welcome on set for touch-ups and creative direction.
  • Children are not allowed on set unless they are the subject of the session.
  • During studio sessions, clients participate at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury that may occur during the session. Please exercise caution and ensure that your personal belongings are not left behind.
  • Clients are allowed two free corrections. Any additional changes to images after that will incur a fee of $20 per image.
  • EXPEDITED EDITS (1-3 DAYS): $100

Location & Props

  • For all shoots taking place at a location, the client must reach out to the photographer. A fee will be assessed based on travel expenses and any necessary gear. Any location fees will be communicated upfront once the location is confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for providing out-of-studio props or accessories, such as balloons, cakes, or confetti. In-studio props include backgrounds, backdrops, chairs, stools, benches, and pose boxes. Clients are strongly encouraged to provide any props they believe will enhance the shoot concept.

Late Fees, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for any unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the studio or location for their appointment. Note: A late fee of $20 will be applied if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
  • If your shoot or session requires special setups, you will be charged for any additional time used.
  • If you wish to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your session with 48 hours' notice or more, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

Waiver and Reminder

This is a waiver and reminder that the photographer retains 100% rights to all photographs. Proofs are not to be published or edited by the client, another person, or photographer. This applies to both bookings and collaborations. Failure to adhere to this may result in legal and disciplinary actions.
